天麩羅はとまらない。

天麩羅は揚げ始めると止まらなくなります。
本日のねたは、

カボチャ、人参、ピーマン、ナス、インゲン、えのきたけ、えび、小エビとたまねぎと桜海老のかきあげ、小女子とねぎのかきあげでした。
明日のお弁当に使う予定でもありましたがそれ以外にあと一食分はありそうです。

天麩羅のたねを作りすぎて考えた挙句、牛乳と卵と砂糖を加えてクレープ生地にしてしまいました。思いのほか良いできです。
明日はこのクレープを使ってデザートを作ろうかと思います。
