ワインゼリー
小学生の時学校給食で食べた味が
忘れられない。
で、再現。
下はヨーグルトムース

給食なのにワインゼリーとか
なんか背徳感たまらず。
甘さ控目で作ったら
物足りないと苦情が。

ワインは去年飲んだボジョレー・ヌーボーの残り
昔はエノテカまでワイン買いに行って
昼からパスタ作ってワインで乾杯してたけどなぁ。

またそのうちやろう。
