朝ごはん
無し

お昼
牛ロース
白ごはん
レタス
ブロッコリー
カリフラワー2種
黒豆茶
焼き豆腐

肉も野菜も焼き豆腐も塩胡椒、ブラックペッパーで味付け
あと、肉はわさびで
1時過ぎに食べて
テレビ見てうたた寝してたら発熱
そしてお腹壊した
冷えたかな
とりあえずひたすら寝るかトイレ
すぐにお腹壊すのどうにかしなくちゃなぁ
