小麦粉ふって
卵つけて
焼いて
ケチャップかけた
つけあわせは
レンジで火を通したカボチャと
レタス

食べて
薬飲んだら
眠たくて

昨日アップしそびれた

沢山出来たので
まだ残っている
朝ごはんもピカタかなぁ
朝はパン食べて
昼にするかなぁ
