There is no issue being reported right now ... But just to be sure, we are starting the service on our backup servers. This process will take about 10 minutes. While we are doing this process, there will be no access to the mail servers.

There are report by some customers that the inbox are not displaying any email. We are investigating the issue right now. We check the servers of the people who reported the issues and found that there is no email lost. We will keep you update.

Due to a system error with our old billing platform which is no longer in use, invoices and termination notices were automatically generated and sent to you overnight.

Please disregard these emails that have ‘PSP Pay’ as these are incorrect.

Email server being attacked by SPAM.

Currently we are expecting very heaver email traffic to our servers. This is causing our system to slow down and not being able to deliver email.

This has started around 1:30pm on 9/9/19. We will keep you posted when it becomes normal.

PSPinc announces end of development for its Windows-based Mail Server Software “ST MAIL”

PSPinc has developed and used ST MAIL, its proprietary POP/IMAP Email software, for its hosting system since 1996. Over the past 23 years, PSPinc has diligently been upgrading and fixing this email server software, which serves more than a quarter million email accounts. It is still one of the fastest email server software systems even by today’s standard.

However, PSPinc has begun building a new proprietary POP/IMAP email server software system based on the Linux platform. Today PSPinc has announced that further development and modification to the current Windows version of this email server software will cease. The current version will stay in service until the new platform will be available next year.

More expandable and relatable email services

The goal of the new software system is to provide faster and more reliable email service to all of our customers. The new version will feature a brand new codebase which will make it easier to adapt to future technological advancements and offer a faster connection using 5G technologies.

More details about this exciting new mail server and future services will be announced later this year.
