タッチスクリーンのメニューが便利
Applebee'sは店舗数が多く全米に偏りなく展開している大手のアメリカンレストランのチェーン店です。

スクリーンタッチになったメニューのトップページは、ボリュームと厚みがある前菜とデザートの写真で、いかにもアメリカらしいアメリカンレストランなんだと改めて思いました。

この日はお1人ランチでしたので１品しかオーダーしていないのですが、Pepper-Crusted Sirloin & Whole Grainsはアメリカのチェーン店とは思えないほどに美味しかったです！
サーロインステーキはほど良い焼き加減のミディアムレアでして、添えてあるホールグレインと香ばしい ローストトマトと ポルトベロマッシュルーム との相性が抜群でした。
Applebee'sは進化しているようです。
