いつもありがとうございます。お菓子教室シュクレです。

夏の時期に作るフルーツタルトはメロンやマスカットなどのブドウ、キウイ、バナナなどのフルーツを使います。
夏も手に入るオレンジもおいしいし色もかわいいのですが、オレンジは一緒に使っているカスタードクリームと味があわないように感じるのであまり使わないのです。あくまでも私の感想です。

今回は野球のアイシングクッキーを飾ったバースデーのタルトです。
