昨日の追込失敗で、フラストレーションがあり、
今日に再度追込するか、疲労抜き12kmか、LSDか、と上げ、
30km走れるのか試していないので、今日はLSD-30km。
 
キロ7分ペースなら30kmも走れるので、フルも大丈夫と判断。
大会で思うように走れなくなったらキロ7,8分ペースで
完走の目処は立つ。とりあえず保険はできた。
