足の具合も随分よくなったので 久しぶりにバイクライドに出かけた 思っていた以上に右足の筋肉が落ちていて スタートの踏み出しはすべて左足 踏み出してもスピードが乗るまでは左足重視 おまけに久しぶりなのでお尻の痛い事 徐々に距離も延ばしてリハリビに勤めようと思う 良い汗かきました
