無責任な飼い主
現在住まいしている集合住宅には３匹の
ノラ猫が居ついている
この猫達は以前住んでいた住人が移動の際
置いていったと話していた

現在はこの集合住宅の住人の三人が餌や
水や糞の面倒を見ている

これからは、犬や猫を飼っている人に
最後まで面倒が見られないのなら、飼育を
止めて欲しいものです
