お早うございます
　真夜中の1時過ぎに目覚、そのまま直ぐに再就寝。目覚め起床は5半過ぎ。外へ出たら6時01分。幸い曇り空です。昭和大橋、6時15分。外気温度は0℃。やすらぎ堤左岸で万代橋、6時33分。万代シテイと三越・伊勢丹前を通り帰宅は7時04分です。遅いのでダンベルはお休み。
　本日は土曜日。土・日は朝のTVが忙しい。

　ヨーロッパのEUとロシアのウクライナを巡る攻めぎ合いが続いています。陸上の国境問題は大変です。海上の国境問題も、「シナ中国」「南朝鮮」「北方露西亜」も問題を抱えています。未来永劫、これらの利得に関してはスッキリと解決は無理でしょう。紛争が起きると大変になり、勝者・敗者双方に多大な損害を招きます。

　明るく楽しく元気にスタートしましょう。
