京都のお客さまから生菓子を頂きました。
「雲龍」とりっぱなネイミングですが、どっしりと重量感のある1本です。

包丁を入れて見ると、ぎっしり詰まったあんこの中にあずきが入っていました。
この甘さ加減は、お抹茶に合いそうです。

これは美味しい！
