　でかい！　

近所の方から田舎で採れた、大きなキノコのお裾分けです。
肉厚で、しかも直径14cmもあります。
取りあえず、一番大きいのは母親が、出し醤油で煮て、私はガーリック炒めにして頂きました。

やはりスーパーで買うのよりも、断トツ美味しいです。

直径が14センチもあるというと普通のシイタケの何個分ですかね・・・。
栄養のいいところで育ったんですね。

食べるほうにも栄養が付きそうです・・・(*^^)v
