今日の晩ごはん

今夜の一品は、母親の手料理。

これは、レンコンをすりおろした、さつま揚げです。
形はちょっと悪いですが、これが手作りの良いところ。
表面のデコボコが、粗めですりおろしたレコンの粒です。
塩でもポン酢でも、ソース・醤油・このままでもいけますよ。

うまい！

レンコンすりおろしさつま揚げ・・・。
まったく想像できない状態ですが、
なんだか美味しそうで食べてみたい気が噴出しそうです・・・(^O^)／

サクサク感がありそうで、おいしそうです。
盛り付けも、どこかのお店のようできれいで、ビールの肴にぴったりな気がします。　（笑）
