今日は月が変わったという事で、奮発して上海ガニです。
塩茹で10分でき上がりー！
身はそんなにないけど、カニの風味が濃いのでやはり美味しいですね。

神は小アジの素揚げです。
野菜たっぷりの雑炊とゴマをかけています。
トッピングのアジは、「がぶっ！」あっという間でしたー。

おお～、１０月から上海蟹の旬の季節到来ですね。
お腹側が見えていませんが、（メスは腹に横線が入り、オスは縦に２本）、内子・白子とも美味しいですが、なんといってもカニ味噌が上海蟹の醍醐味ですね。

残念ながらオスのようでした。
でも少しのカニ味噌は濃厚でしたね！
