桜も散り、新緑の季節になってき...
桜も散り、新緑の季節になってきました。
ご近所さんから旬の筍を頂きました。
皮が付いたまま蒸したものを頂き、半分にバッサリ切り、ガスオーブンで焼いてみました。
こういう食べ方は初めて試みたのですが、美味しかったです。
筍の甘みとクリーミーな感じが良く伝わります。

採れたてはやはり素朴に食べるのが一番。

軽く焼くと筍のうまみをしっかり堪能できそうですね。
いいですねぇ・・・(*^^)v
