赤パプリカ・ピーマン・玉ねぎ・...
赤パプリカ・ピーマン・玉ねぎ・マシュルームの野菜たっぷりと合挽き肉でミートソースを作り、今晩はドリアにしました。
名づけて ミートソース de ドリア です。
たっぷりチーズをかけて、ガスオーブンに入れて焼きました。
実はリンナイのガスコンロを買った時に、一緒に買ったミニフライパンです。
やっぱり火で焼くのはいい感じに出来上がります。
