友人から久米島山特産の車海老を頂きました。
焼いて食べようか、天ぷらにしようかと迷いましたが天ぷらに決まり！
背ワタのところを押さえたのですが、ちょっと丸まってしまいました。
抹茶塩を作って、熱熱の天ぷらに付けて頂きました。
美味しかった～　ご馳走さまでしたー！
