ちょっと珍しい買い物をしました。
ビン詰めにしたチェリーペッパーです。
とても色が鮮やかな赤色で可愛い形をしています。
辛さは全然、、私でもそのまま直接食べられます。

この可愛いペッパーを使って、ぶっかけ野菜ワンプレートランチを作って
みました。
豚肉・ピーマン・パプリカ・ニンジン・キャベツ・ブロッコリー・玉ねぎ・
ナス・カボチャと野菜豊富です。
塩・コショウ・オイスターソース・酒、片栗粉でとろみをつけました。

豚肉にチェリーペッパーをからめて食べると美味しいです！
