母の日より敬老の日の方が相応しい母に、今夜は手づくりの握り寿司にしました。
マグロは漬けにして。
母のお気に入りは、意外にも甘醤油で焼いた牛肉巻きでした。

お元気で、おいしく食べていただけ、いいお祝いになりましたね。
元気な高齢者の方は、三浦雄一郎さんを代表として肉隙の方が多いようですよ。

そうなんです、意外に肉の方が良く食がすすむようで、先日は175gのステーキを食べきりました。
