自家菜園のアスパラが、ちょっと見ない間に2本がこんなに伸びていました。
図ってみたら83cmも、ちょっと硬いね。

ブロッコリースプラウトと一緒にオニオンドレッシングで和え、トッピングにフライドオニオンとグリーンオリーブそ添えた、アスパラサラダの出来上がり！

2本でたっぷりできました。
ピーラーでしっかり皮を剥いて茹でたら全然いけるー
