今夜は簡単にハンバーグでした。
ロコモコ風のデミグラスソースと温泉タマゴを添えて！

神ちゃんもハンバーグに使ったミンチ肉を油を切ってソボロ風にして、お野菜たっぶり。
半熟タマゴをトッピング！
主食のご飯は、オートミールと五穀米ご飯を少々。

野菜、お肉、ご飯＝1：1：1 です。
