今日のばんごはん

倉敷の連島と言えば蓮根が有名。
お客さまから大きな長い段ボールの包みで大量の蓮根が届きました。
開けてたら土の付いた大きな蓮根でした。

さっそく自前で作ってみました。
軽く茹でて、さっと米油で上げ、甘酢っぱ醤をからませて。
ちょっとスーパーとは歯ごたえの感触が違う。

きんぴらも美味しいですよねー
昔はあまり好きではなかったですけど、今では根菜類、大好きです。
