今日のばんごはん

今日の我が家は肉料理の日、ポークソテーを作りました。
ソース（玉ねぎ、みかん、バター、白ワイン、オイスターソース、ニンニクなど）は、オリジナルで、得意な適当ですが、なかなか美味しいですよ。
豚肉に良く合っています。
