赤ピーマン・ミニトマト・細長～いうす紫ナス

ナスとピーマンの炒め物。
ソースは醤油、コンソメ、ニンニク、生姜、
ハチミツで合わせた、とろみソースをを和えたもの。

豚のバラ肉のから揚げ！

家の夏野菜もそろそろ終了時期になりました。
キュウリ、トマトは良く食べました。
今はピーマンとナスの収穫です。
