今日も暑〜い、暑〜い岡山県地方、30℃でした。
シャーベットやソフトクリームが美味しい季節です。

今日の夕食は、旬のそら豆を入れたミートソースパスタを作ってみました。
そら豆の緑を引き立たせ、ヘルシーな感じに仕上げました。
ちなみにトッピングは家で出来たバジルです。

こちらも今日は夏日でかなり暑かったですね。

紫外線が強く刺すようでした。


我が家もこの暑さで素麺でした。

これだけ暑いと麺類がおいしいですよね･･･。
