金鶏菊 （きんけいぎく）
自然に生えたものでなさそうなので大金鶏菊ではないと思いますが大金鶏菊だったら問題です。
大金鶏菊だったら今は特定外来生物の指定を受けているので栽培・譲渡・販売・輸出入などが原則禁止なのです。
繁殖力が強く在来種に悪影響を与えるという理由です。

この花も全国的によくみられるのではないでしょうか。
開花時期も結構長ったと思います。
