これが何かわかりますか？

同じもので、サービスが同じあれば、価格が安いほうが良い。
でも、価格が少し安いぐらいなら、よく知ったお店や会社から買ってあげたい。
これは当たり前。

これを崩すには、

（１）商品良い　・・・　でも同じ価格
（２）サービスが良い　・・・　でも同じ価格
（３）劇的に安い
（４）他のものとは全く違う

この４つの１つは少なくとも特徴がなければビジネスが成立しません。

他社に先んじて発売すると言うのは前提条件を崩していますか？
