蒸し暑い一日となりました。
我が家でも遂に今年初めて冷房のスイッチに手がかかりました。
◆毎日豆腐食べてます！◆
明日は健康診断ということでダイエットメニューです。
・茄子の炒め物
・マグロとサーモンの刺身
・減塩ポテトサラダ・プチトマト
・きんぴら（昨日分残り）
・わかめと豆腐の味噌汁
☆豆腐☆
★金麦・焼酎ハイボール★
