気温30℃の中でのRunning
かなりのスローペースとなりました。
5周(5.5km)34分19秒、、、自己ワースト2にこのままでは帰れないと、6周目に突入
それでもペースは上げられず、むしろ遅くなりました。
そう簡単には速く走れません。

艶々したおいしそうなさくらんぼ・・・。

ランニングはゆっくリズムがよさそうです・・・。
自分の明日ジョギングをする予定です。
