金曜日、過ごしやすい気温になっています。
★金曜日ですが、今日も家呑み★
◆毎日豆腐食べてます！◆
・鶏肉のソテー
・生ハムと温キャベツのサラダ
・小松菜のおひたし＋食べるラー油
　茹でた干しエビをみじん切りにして
　茹で汁の中に干しエビと醤油と黒砂糖とコチュジャンとごま油、塩
　小葱を加える
・豆腐の煮物
・ところてん
☆豆腐☆
★クリアアサヒ・焼酎ハイボール・黒霧島前割・赤ワイン★
