甲府も暑かったのですが
東京も29.7℃まで上がりました。

◆毎日豆腐食べてます！◆
・アジの刺身
・鶏のササミ＋食べるラー油
・もやし炒め
・アボカド＋ごまドレッシング
・里芋のそぼろあんかけ
・きゅうりとみょうがの
・オニオンスープ
☆冷奴☆
★ノンアルコールビール★休酔日-10月-11日目★
※中央下のワンプレートは豆腐嫁のセットです。
これにご飯とスープです。

「鳥もつ鍋」のあとは、どこかの居酒屋で沈没メニューかと見間違えました。（苦笑）
