ヒザの痛みはほとんどなくなりました。
ですが無理をせず今日もWalkingです。
・12897歩　9.1km 130min

卒業して30年以上経った母校ですが
校舎・校庭はほとんど当時のままでした。
一番変わったのは
外で元気よく遊ぶ子供を見かけなくなったことです。
野球も缶蹴りもしないんですね。

痛みが完全になくなるまでは、
無理は禁物です。

今の子供は基本外では遊びません。
塾など忙しくて遊んでる暇はほとんどないでしょうね。
