今日は梅雨の中休みとなりましたけれど
明日は梅雨空の予報です。

◆毎日豆腐食べてます！◆
・エリンギとしし唐のソテー
・ほっけ焼き
・ジャーパンポテト
・そらまめ
・肉団子
・温キャベツとワカメとハムのサラダ
　＋食べるラー油
・白米
・冷や奴
◆ｵｰﾙﾌﾘｰ◆【123/161】-2-

東日本大震災から今日で15カ月が経ちました。
個人的には
置引き事件に見舞われた日から今日でちょうど1年が経過。
1年前の今日のことは飲酒習慣を断ち切る契機となりました。
菊地直子容疑者の表現を借りれば
「酒欲の捨断ができた」と言えるかも知れません。

種類が多いですね。
一人分というのが凄い！！
自分は食べ切れそうにないんですが…(^_^;)

15ヶ月経って何も変わってないのが凄い！！
