梅雨時の貴重な晴れ間が広がり
今日も過ごしやすい一日でした。

◆毎日豆腐食べてます！◆
・豚肉の卵とじ
・トマト＋食べるラー油
　＋水菜のおひたし
・かぼちゃのオーブン焼き
・牛蒡の肉巻き
・うずらの卵の串揚げ
・白菜浅漬け
・白米
・冷や奴

今朝は酷い頭痛に見舞われました。
夢の中でもめまいがしていて
脳内出血？って思いました。
今は鎮痛薬で治まっています。
