関東地方は完全に戻り梅雨です。
暑くはないのですが、
雨が降ったりやんだりですっきりしません。

・春巻き（豚ひき肉、竹の子、春雨、ネギ）
・サラダ（レタス、キュウリ、玉ねぎ、シソ、ベーコン、プチトマト）
・もずく酢（キュウリ）
・鮭焼き
