　（キャベツ、油揚げ、にんじん、ごぼう、ウンナー、万能ねぎ）
　　＜中華味の素、塩、黒コショウ、ゴマ＞
・豆もやしと中華クラゲのナムル
　（豆もやし、味付け中華クラゲ、ゴマ）

土生姜のおろしたのとお味噌をまぜるんですか？

サトイモはジャガイモやサツマイモよりも古くからあったようですね。

中国産のサトイモは農薬の心配がありますよね。。。
