東京は昨日も猛暑日となり4日連続の猛暑日
7月に4度猛暑日を記録するのは観測史上初ということです。
今日も朝からぐんぐん気温が上がり11時現在ですでに35℃に届きそうです。

【朝の献立】
・ピーマンと竹輪の炒め物
・唐揚げ、玉ねぎのてんぷら、シューマイ
　キャベツとキュウリの千切り（昨日分）
・味噌汁
・納豆かけご飯

朝から食欲がないです･･･。

夏バテ気味ですね。


この朝食はバランスがいいですね。

唐揚げ天ぷらはちょっと厳しいかも･･･。
