久茂地にも、隠れ家を発見した。
Shot Bar 「Fox Hole」
カクテルも相当手ごわそうだが、まずはご挨拶に終売バーボンを２連発で注文。

まずは、Ancient Age BARRLE 107。
口当たりが良く、味わいは力強い感じ。
バーボンの荒々しさを107 proofでしっかり表現している。

そして、ラベルに「特急」の文字があるOLD FORESTER。
ワインセラーで保管されていた瓶を、最近開封したもの。状態がいい。
普通、バーボンを誉めるとすると、「香り」「口あたり」「スモーキー」・・・などと表現していくが、「爽やか」と言いたくなる物は珍しい。
こちらもかなり面白い。

他にも、たくさんのお宝が隠されている。
これから、少しずつ楽しませてもらうことにする。
