「肥満と食糧危機」今月の日経サイエンスの特集だ。
甘味料入りの飲み物などで、１日１３７kcalの余分なカロリーを摂取した場合、１年後には体重が約６．４kg増加する。
途上国の肥満が進む中、それでも８億人が飢えで苦しんでいる・・・etc、興味深いぞー。
