そうめんはやっぱり、
揖保の糸

最近、晴れると暑いです。

そんなシアトルの日々。

そうめんが食べたいなーーーー。

地元が近いから、小さい時から、そうめんは揖保の糸でした。

アメリカに来て、

日本系のスーパーで揖保の糸はちょっとお値段高めです。

でも、こしも違うし、ゆでてても切れにくいし、つるつる具合も美味しい。。。

あーー

日本に帰りたいなぁ。

このコロナのあれで、なかなかいつ帰れるのか分からないな。。。

今度はいつ帰れるのかなーーー。
