ウルトラのお土産「瀧の焼餅」～徳島～

仕事で徳島へいったウルトラのお土産「阿波名物　瀧の焼餅」です。
徳島市眉山の麓にあります。
有名なお店です。

以前、わたしが行ったのはお隣の和田乃屋ですが、この日はお休みだったそうです。
そこで「本家よねや」へ。
ここは昔ながらの製法で、ひつつずつ手で焼いているようですね。
もう30年くらい前に行ったときと同じような感じです。

このお餅は薄くて、中に漉し餡が入っていて、とても美味しいです。
お薦め！(^_^)v

いつも、私は直ぐ側の「錦竜水」をお土産に汲んで帰っています。眉山の湧き水は数カ所ありますが、一番行きやすい所です。

甘すぎない！
わたしの大好きな条件がそろってます。
素朴なお店です。
手作りの良さですね。
