昨夜はスープ麻婆春雨 春雨を水で戻し、 白ネギを刻んで、 鶏がらスープを用意 下準備はこれでおk^^ フライパンで牛ひき肉を炒める 豆板醤・鶏がらスープ・砂糖・しょうゆ・春雨を入れなじませる 胡椒をふり、白ネギ・ゴマ油を入れなじませれば出来上がり! 美味しかったけど、スープのせいで肉が残ってしまう そこで、残った肉で朝のおかずの足しに^^
