不謹慎ですが　さて正座できないことがまず気になりました。柔軟運動して練習しましたが、足首つってしまうのです。

画像にも一人写ってますが、足が悪かったりして座れない人が３人ほど椅子で＾＾
坊さんに言わせると、正座の必要は無く最初からあぐらでどうぞと＾＾
