電気は暖かくて気持ち良い
その後は牽引

針は傷みを隠すだけで傷みの根本の治療ではないので、出来れば治療して引っ込んでくれたらと＾＾

寝てると背骨に鉛直方向の負担がかからないんで楽です。

電気であったかくなったところで引っ張ります。
