芭亜出伊道場門下生(勝手になっちゃった^^)として、二品目の手羽先のポン酢しょうゆ煮、挑戦してみた(一品目は鶏ミンチ)
ボウルに肉を入れポン酢につける
15〜20分とあったのに、得意の物忘れで冷蔵庫に6時間も
これが後に悲惨な結果に・・・・
漬け汁をしっかり切って、サラダオイルでザッと炒めたら漬け汁で煮込む
見た目は美味しそうだが、ちょいと辛かった^^
ポン酢も水で薄めてたんだが、漬け時間かポン酢の種類のせいかな?
あとは冷や奴と、ハイボールでサッカー観戦^^
