２２日のbirdyさんの日記見て食べたくなり、
昨日の晩飯に揚げ浸しを作ろうと材料買ってたけど、
予定変更してちょっとだけ作る事に


　

今回は茄子とエリンギのみ


　

良い按配に揚がった＾＾
パプリカ・ピーマン・ししとうは次回正式にやる時に＾＾


　

冷ました後、冷蔵庫で冷やしていざ食べようとしたら、



頭の黒いネズミが・・・・・
