牛肉のスタミナ焼き
大根とｷｸﾗｹﾞのｺﾞﾏ風味
すまし汁(巻ﾌ･ﾐﾂﾊﾞ)
漬物
カルシウム牛乳




夕：
しゅうまい
マカロニサラダ
中華スープ
果物



今回のオマケは初登場
今朝はＣＴが終わるまで朝食はおあずけなので解らない
今日も違うのだったら良いなぁ・・＾＾
