I just came back from the portland. The traffic going there was really bad. We saw one can span out and hit red Ford pickup. It was like looking at NASCAR. Driver was Okay.

I ttok this picture as the car stop in the middle facing the wrong way.

Isn't there any police to warn that car? That's dangerous, facing the wrong way.

The car span only about 5 cars in front of me. So, it just happened. I am sure there would be a police there.
