We have finally figured out what made Pelican Drive http://www.pelicandrive.com not to operate correctly for many of our users. It had something to do with Windows Client Security setting. Starting with Windows Vista, Windows clients are design not to connect with external drives. We must provide the security setting instruction to those having problem using pelican drive. Please contact PSPINC if you need help. The setting changes will be posted on the Pelican Drive Web Site. Thank you.
